Another 4 intl flights to be suspended, including 2 to Guangzhou

On January 14th, the Civil Aviation Administration of China announced the suspension of four more international flights.

Five passengers tested positive for COVID-19 on flight TK72 from Istanbul, arriving in China on December 30th.

Six passengers tested positive for COVID-19 on flight MS958, from arriving in China from Cairo on January 1st.

Nine passengers tested positive for COVID-19 on flight CA946, arriving in China from Karachi on January 2nd.

Five passengers tested positive for COVID-19 on flight 3U8392, also from Cairo arriving in China on January 2nd.

Quota for the above flights shall not be used for other routes. Flights TK72,MS958 and CA946 can continue to operate until Jan. 18, while 3U8392 can continue to operate until Jan. 25.

If a flight triggers the circuit breaker mechanism during this period, future suspension times will accumulate.
